After the Paralympics in Tokyo 2021, where Sam managed to win a gold and silver medal, the focus has shifted to the Paralympics in Paris 2024. Regardless of the clay courts with which Schröder struggles most, he still managed to win both a silver and gold medal again;
“After the success at the Paralympics in Tokyo, my expectations were pretty high. While two golden medals was the goal, my dream pretty much still came true. With both a silver and gol;d medal, I can only conclude I’m on the right path. For now I’m looking forward to the World Championships, and the rest of the remaining tournaments.”
